We also provide PRIVATE TOURS for GROUPS and FAMILIES. Just leave us a note!

📮 How does booking work?

1. Fill out the form – ideally 7 days or more before the desired date.
2. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm availability.

* If the date is available – we will send an invoice and payment instructions.

* If full – we will offer the next available date.

* in case of higher demand it is possible to arrange two cars for one tour.

How can I book the Tour?

Booking is easy and takes less than a minute. You have 3 options:

1. Online form on our website

2. By email 

After submitting your booking, we’ll contact you by email with confirmation and payment instructions.

    What if the experience is cancelled (due to low number of participants)?

    If the minimum number of 3 participants is not reached, we offer:

    1.  A rescheduled date

    2. Join another group

    3.  Full refund

    You’ll be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

    Can I join as a solo traveler?

    Yes, solo travelers are welcome.
    If the group doesn’t fill up, we’ll offer an alternative or refund.

    Do you offer hotel transfer?

    No. The experience starts and ends at a pre-arranged location.

    Is food and drink provided?

    • Free bottled water is provided on board

    • Lunch is not included – we’ll recommend local eateries

    Who contacts me after booking?

    After booking, you’ll receive:

     1. Availability confirmation

    2. Payment instructions + invoice

    3. Final confirmation + PDF documents after payment

    How do I cancel my reservation?

    Send us an email with:

    • your name

    • a date of tour

    • a cancellation request

    We try to be flexible – we may offer:

    •  alternative date

    •  reservation transfer to someone else

    Is the tour weather-dependent?

    Yes, we go in all weather conditions.

    Please dress appropriately and bring waterproof clothing.

    What should I bring?

    • comfortable shoes

    • rain coat

    • sunglasses & sunscreen

    • cash – card payments not accepted in all places

    The route is moderate, but stairs at the castle tower can be tricky.

    ❌ The tour is not wheelchair accessible. Contact us with any concerns.
